Privacy Policy

• On your device. Your army lists, your collection, completed games, and your settings are saved locally in your browser (local storage). They stay on your device and are never sent anywhere unless you choose to sign in.
• Game data. The unit, weapon and rules data the app needs is bundled with the app — no account or personal information is involved in browsing it.
• Optional cloud sync (only if you sign in). If you create an account and sign in, your lists and collection are also saved to Google Firebase so they sync across your devices. We store your email address (for sign-in) and the army / collection data you create. We do not ask for, or want, any other personal information.

We use Google Analytics to understand which features are used so we can improve the app — for example, how many people build a list or start a game. This is aggregate, anonymous usage data. We do not send the names you type (such as your army-list names) or any of your list contents to analytics. Analytics relies on Google Analytics cookies; you can block these with your browser settings or an ad/tracker blocker, and the app will keep working normally.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that make the app run: Google Firebase (cloud sync and accounts, only if you sign in) and Google Analytics (anonymous usage stats). The app is free and there are no ads.

• On-device data:clearing your browser's site data for Legion Companion removes everything stored locally.
• Account & cloud data: if you signed in, you can delete your account from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your synced lists and collection.
